This website is operated by Sweet Sting Honey, a trading name of Ian Davies. By visiting the site or purchasing from us, including via the SumUp store, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We may update these terms. Changes are posted here. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

Online store

You must be at least 18, or have parental consent. Do not use the site for anything illegal, and do not upload viruses or disruptive code. We may refuse service, limit quantities, or end access if these terms are breached.

Products, prices and orders

Images, descriptions and prices are as accurate as we can make them. Screen colours vary. Prices can change, and we may modify or discontinue products. Items are subject to availability. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example suspected fraud or an obvious pricing error — and we will try to tell you. You must give accurate billing and contact details.

Payments and other sites

Card payments go through PCI-compliant gateways such as SumUp, Stripe or PayPal. We do not store full card numbers. Third-party tools and links are outside our control. If you send us a review or message, you are responsible for its accuracy.

Liability

The site is provided as is, to the fullest extent allowed by law. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Online purchases have a 14-day return right from delivery. Faulty goods can be rejected within 30 days, or repaired or replaced.

Return policy

• 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases, starting the day after delivery.
• Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned.
• Opened honey cannot be returned for hygiene, unless it is faulty.
• Honey that crystallises within 30 days of delivery is treated as faulty.
• Honey that crystallises after 30 days is natural, not faulty, and is not returnable for that reason.
• You pay return postage unless the item is faulty.
• Faulty items: full refund and return postage, if you contact us within 30 days with a photo.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
