Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us if you cannot find an answer to your question on the online contact form

Yes! All our honey is 100% unpasteurised and lightly filtered to remove wax and debris while keeping the natural pollen, enzymes, and antioxidants intact. We extract and jar — no heat, no additives, no blending.

Crystallisation is 100% natural — and a  sign of real honey.

It happens when glucose separates from water (faster in cold or certain flower types).

Place jar in a bowl of warm water (max 40°C / 104°F — never boiling)

Stir gently every 5–10 mins

Repeat until liquid (20–60 mins)

Never microwave — kills enzymes & risks overheating

Room temperature (15–20°C) is ideal

Avoid sunlight or fridge (speeds crystallisation)

Keep lid tight

6. Is your honey suitable for children?

Over 12 months: Yes, safe & delicious

Under 12 months: No — risk of infant botulism (natural spores). Always consult a doctor.
