Your Statutory Rights (UK Law)Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including:
- Goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality
- 14-day return right for online purchases (from delivery)
- Full refund if goods are faulty within 30 days
- Right to repair or replacement for faulty goods
Return Policy
- 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases (starts the day after delivery)
- You may return unopened, unused items in original packaging
- Opened honey jars cannot be returned (for hygiene reasons), except if faulty
- Honey that crystallises within 30 days of delivery is considered faulty and qualifies for return
- Honey that crystallises after 30 days is natural and not considered faulty — no return
- You pay return postage (unless the item is faulty)
- Faulty items (e.g., premature crystallisation, leakage, wrong product):

→ Contact us within 30 days with photo proof
- Refunds processed within 14 days of receiving return
